Agnes Jeanette Simmons, 70, of Strong, AR passed away December 20, 2015 at Baptist Health in Little Rock.
She was born February 7, 1945 to Frank and Duel Elizabeth Watt. She was member of Union Missionary Baptist Church of Strong. Loved to hunt and fish.
Preceded in death are her parents, her husband Jesse Simmons, two brothers; James Watt and Willie Van (Buddy) Watt, four sisters; Louise Watt Barnett, Patsy Watt and one day old twin girls.
Those left behind are her son; Michael Simmons (Monica), three grand-children; Katelyn Duncan, Bradley Duncan and Hannah Simmons. Four brothers; Edward Watt of Crossett, Bobby Watt (Billie) of Crossett, Ronald Dean Watt of Strong and Curtis Watt (Ruthie) of Hamburg, one sister; Veralyn Oden (Jr) of Hamburg. A host of nieces/nephews and lots of special friends.
Visitation will be from 6 - 8 pm Tuesday December 22 at Union Missionary Baptist Church in Strong, Funeral Services will be 2pm Wednesday December 23, 2015 also at Union Missionary Baptist with Bro. Danny Malone and Bro. Kenneth Watt officiating. Burial following at Norris Cemetery. Services will be under the direction of Perry's Funeral Chapels.
Pallbearer are Joel King, Nick King, Justin Meshell, Tommy Norris, Jim Guest, Joey Barnett. Honorary pallbearers are Donnie King, Morgan Fairris, Travis Norris, Charles Noble, Doyle Barnett and Jr. Oden.
