Albert Buell Caldwell Jr., 83, of El Dorado died Wednesday, September 28, 2011 at the Life Care Center in Ruston, LA.
He was born in El Dorado on August 11, 1928 to Albert Buell Caldwell Sr. and Freda Gene Cammack Caldwell. He retired from Lion Oil as a gauger and was a member of Scotland Presbyterian Church.
He was preceded in death by his parents and a step-son Jeff McGill.
Survivors include his wife Wilma Caldwell, four sons; Sonny (Cathy) Caldwell of Junction City , Johnny (Linda) Caldwell of Junction , Curtis (Callie) Caldwell of El Dorado, Jamie (Susan) Caldwell of Junction, a step-daughter; Melissa McGill of Arkadelphia, brother; Butch (Susan) Caldwell of Junction, 7 grandchildren; Joshua, Jeremiah, Jake, Melissa, Jennifer, Colby, Rachael and 12 great grandchildren.
Funeral will be at 2:00p.m Friday, September 30, 2011 at Scotland Presbyterian Church with Rev. Sam Shepperson officiating, burial will follow at Scotland Cemetery, under the direction of Perry's Funeral Chapels.
Visitation will be from 6-8 p.m. Thursday, September 29, 2011 at the funeral home.
