Alvin "Al" Bledsoe, 77, of El Dorado passed from this life into Jesus Christ loving arms on January 6, 2021. He was born on May 22, 1943 to the late Foster Rhodelle Bledsoe and Opal Estelle Pipkins Bledsoe. Alvin loved his family and looked forward to having them visit, but most of all he loved his church. He loved singing and praising God in music as well as song.

He was preceded in death by his parents and both sets of his grandparents.

Alvin left behind his wife of 58 years, Barbara Howard Bledsoe of El Dorado; one son, Robert Alvin Bledsoe (Vicki) of Lisbon; three daughters, Bobbie Jean Bledsoe Sutterfield (Eddie) of Old Union, Linda Lea Bledsoe Burton (Mark) of Lisbon, and Betty Ann Bledsoe Vaughn (Sammy) of El Dorado; a very special Little Brother of Holly Springs; one sister, Patricia Ann Bledsoe Webb (Harvey) of Parkers Chapel; seven grandchildren; seven  great-grandchildren and 1 great great-granddaughter.

A Graveside Service will be held at 10:00 AM Saturday, January 9, 2021 at Liberty Baptist Cemetery officiated by Bro. Bennie Ward and Bro Mike Senn under the direction of Perry's Funeral Chapels.
