IN LOVING MEMORY OF
Angela Cagle
Collins
March 21, 1963 – September 21, 2021
Angela "Angie" Sue Collins, age 58, went to be with the Lord on September 21, 2021.
She was born March 21, 1963 in El Dorado, Arkansas to Ed Cagle and Lovie Sue Robertson. She married Michael "Mike" Collins, on September 1, 1984 at Trinity Baptist Church in El Dorado.
Angie was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother, and sister of Christ. She was a long-time member of Trinity Baptist Church. She enjoyed time with her children and grandchildren and never missed an opportunity to spoil them. Her love for her family is only second to her passion for her Lord and Savior. She was a loyal and passionate 40-year employee of the Medical Center of South Arkansas (Pharmacy) where she made numerous life-long friends.
Angie was predeceased by her parents, Ed Cagle and Lovie Sue Robertson; her stepfather, Bruce Robertson; and her nephew, Zachary Thomey.
Left to cherish her memories, husband of 37-years, Michael "Mike" F. Collins; daughter, Ashley L. Patterson (Devin) of El Dorado; son, Christopher "Chris" M. Collins (Brooke) of Benton; daughter, Brittany M. Collins of El Dorado; her grandchildren Brayden A. Patterson, Baylor M. Patterson, Berkeley K. Patterson, Peyton R. McLendon, and Brandt M. Collins; brother, James "Rickey" Hendrix; sisters, Kim A. Thomey (Stephen), Tammy L. Taylor (Steve), Jean Ann Foster (Paul) of Conyers, GA, Cecile Means (Bobby) of Arlington, TX, and Camille Helms of Camden, AR; and numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held from 6:00-8:00 PM on Thursday, September 23, 2021 at Perry's Funeral Chapels.
A Memorial Service will be held at 10:00 AM Friday, September 24, 2021 at Wyatt Baptist Church with Pastor Adam Thomas officiating followed by Interment at Wyatt Parnell Cemetery. Masks are encouraged.
In lieu of flowers and donations, the family asks to keep Angie's tradition alive by treating your loved ones to a sweet treat as she often did for her grandchildren.
