Anita Louise Powell, 82, of El Dorado passed away on January 8, 2021 at her home. She was born on July 9, 1938 in Smackover to the late Thomas Henry and Juanita Grace Bamburg West. Anita was a member of the Norphlet United Pentecostal Church where she sang in the choir, played the base guitar, piano and organ. She was an avid collector of many things and was excellent with arts and crafts, but her favorite thing to collect was Roosters.

Preceding her in death are her parents; Infant son, Ricky Ed; and brother, Thomas Jerry West.

Those left to cherish her memory are her husband, Chris Powell; sons, Michael Ray Tinsley (Karlene) of Prosser, Washington and Thomas Edwin Tinsley (Robert Fletcher) of Missoula, Montana; eight grandchildren and 15 great-grandchildren.

A Private Graveside Service will be held at Liberty Cemetery officiated by Bro. Nathan Dupree under the direction of Perry's Funeral Chapels.
