Anita Rose McClendon Toney, age 81 passed from this life April 15, 2023. Anita was born March 11, 1942 in Strong, AR to the late Leo and Lela McClendon.

She was preceded in death by her parents; one grandson Brandon Faulkner; two sisters Jackie Gean and June Wilson; and one brother Ronnie McClendon.

Those left to cherish her memory include: one daughter Paula Tucker and her husband Scotty; one grandchild Robert Russell; three bonus grandchildren Jamie Tucker, Jerimi Tucker (Heather), Isabella Tucker (Evan); three bonus great-grandchildren; her beloved feline companions; as well as a host of extended family and friends.

A memorial service will be held at a later date. In leu of flowers family request donations be made to UCAPS.
