Obituary

Anna Pearl Miller Drummond passed from her earthly home and went to be with her Lord and Savior on Dec 10, 2011. Born in El Dorado on Aug 20, 1937 to Dr. Jacob and Annie Miller, she graduated from El Dorado High School in 1955 and was a member of the Wildcat Marching Band. Married to James Clifton Drummond in the summer of 1954, who has preceded her in death along with their parents, a half sister Lorene Norris and two infant brothers.

Her life was dedicated to the Lord at an early age and her service to his ministry was never ending. Even in her final days she was "laying up treasures in heaven". Her love of music, playing the piano, writing songs for family and friends was truly her gift which she faithfully shared during her life.

Survivors include her children Kathy Noone, husband Michael, Sheryl Ann Rogers, husband Mike, Kay Williams, Jimmy Drummond, his wife Michell all of El Dorado. Her grandchildren
Jamie Murphey, his wife Britani, Michael Murphey, Becky Trinnaman, her husband Mark all of El Dorado. Clayton Molnaird, his wife Jennifer of Little Rock, Andrew Molnaird, his wife Ashley of El Dorado, Merideth Molnaird, John Williams, Michaela Drummond, Jayci Drummond and Alex Drummond all of El Dorado. Christopher Rogers of Shreveport, LA Jessica Kibbler, her husband Tim of Hernandez, MS. Family members Lillie Faye Jennings of Waskom, Tx Alton and Sandra Drummond, of Monroe, La and Kaye Drummond of El Dorado along with numerous great grandchildren, nieces, nephews and cousins.

She was actively employed at Wal Mart as a door greeter and cashier. Her new found friends quickly became a part of her extended family of whom she spoke fondly and frequently. Her life prior to Wal mart was devoted to raising a family, keep the home, sewing, and church activities. Her love for music, playing the piano has been heard at numerous churches and cathedrals across the South and Midwest, including the Winthrop Rockefeller Cancer Institute in Little Rock, where even during her illness, she was a witness to others.

Services will be held Wed, Dec 14, 2011 at First Assembly of God at 10 o'clock in the morning with Dr. Gary Debow, Pastor Al Womack and Jimmy Drummond officiating, with burial to follow at Hopewell Cemetery. Serving as pall bearers are Kenneth Drummond, Kevin Drummond, Ashton Drummond, Tom Williams, Eddie Molnaird, Randy Primm with honorary James Allen Jennings and Bobbie Drummond. Visitation will be from 5 to 7 pm at Perry's Funeral Chapel's. The family will receive visitors at 3206 East Main in El Dorado.
