Aubrey William " Bud " Hill, 63, of Parkers Chapel left this life on Monday January 26, 2009 at the John R. Williamson Hospice House. He was born on March 5, 1945 in El Dorado and is the son of Fred William Hill and Eloise Virginia Cook who preceded him along with his sons; infant son Joseph Lee Hill and most recently his son Aubrey William Hill Jr. who passed on September 23, 2007.

Bud was the manager at Autozone parts store in El Dorado where he worked for 18 years before retiring. During that time he met alot of friends. He was a Parkers Chapel High School graduate and an advid Trojan basketball fan. He kepted up with the basketball program and would attend all of their games. He was a member of Faith Assembly of God Church in El Dorado where his brother Rev. Monroe Hill is pastor.

He leaves behind his loving wife of 46 years ,Linda Sue Cooney Hill, who were married in Madison, California on September 29th 1962, his grandchildren William Ray Kennerly and Tina Marie Hill of Parkers Chapel, brothers Monroe Hill of El Dorado, Austin L. Hill of Winters, California, sisters; Virginia Dison of El Dorado , and Velma Carter of Little Rock, Arkansas and numerous nieces and nephews and a host of friends who will all miss him dearly.

Funeral Services will be 2:00pm Thursday January 29, 2009 at Parkers Chapel First Baptist Church with Rev. Larry Hudson officiating. Burial will be in Old Parkers Chapel Cemetery. Serving as pallbearers will be Rodney Gill, John Dison, Troy Dison, Wayne Cooney, Luke Pingrey, Geoff Thiers, Troy Dison, and Tim Hill. Visitation will start at 6:00pm til 8:00pm on Wednesday January 28, 2009 at Perry's Funeral Chapels.
