Obituary
Aulton "Pete" Harper 68, died Wednesday September 26, 2012.
Pete retired from Columbian Chemical and then went to work for Hartsell Pest Control. He loved to hunt and fish and spending time with his family who will miss him dearly. He was a member of First Church of God.
Preceded in death by his parents; Evon Holley and Hazel Kennedy, 2 sisters Diane Harper and Charlene Ramsey.
He is survived by his wife of 38 years Carolyn Harper, 3 sons; Gene Frisby (Angela), Scott Harper, and Timothy Harper (Stacey), 1 daughter Candice Clark (Mark Bowden), brother Scotty Harper (Kathy) and 4 grandchildren; Kalyn Clark, Noel Harper, Nikole Harper and Drake Harper.
Visitation will be from 12-1 p.m. Friday, September 28, 2012 in the fellowship hall at First Church of God.
Funeral Service will be Friday at 1 p.m. at the church with Pastor Nate Jackson officiating. Arrangements made with Perry's Funeral Chapels. Burial will be private
