Betty Ann Perry, 80, of Smackover passed away Wednesday, November 2, 2016 at the John R. Williamson Hospice House.
Betty was born July 9, 1936 to the late A.C. Holloway and Lillian McDougald Holloway. Betty was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother and great grandmother. She spent her life involved in many activities, a music teacher for over 15 years, Sunday school teacher, organist, member of WMU, involved in Clown Ministruy, member of Westside Baptist Church, served as a foreign missionary in Argentina and traveled on many mission trips. Among her greatest loves, she shared and supported her husband in his ministry. She will be truely missed by all that knew and loved her.
Preceding her in death are her parents; two brothers, Newton Holloway and Donald Holloway.
Betty is survived by her husband, Gerald Scott Perry, Sr; her son, Gerald Scott Perry, Jr (Kathy), her daughter, Beth Ann Crutsinger-Perry (Lara);four grandchildren, Justin Perry and Bradley Perry and Caroline and Cassie Crutsinger-Perry; five great-grandchildren, Kaleb, Khloe, Kallie, Selah and Major Perry.
Visitation will be held Friday, November 4 from 9 -12pm with services starting immediately following visitation at Westside Baptist Church with Bro. Gerald Perry Jr, Bradley and Justin Perry officiating.
Interment will follow at Smackover Cemetery under direction of Perry's Funeral Chapels.
