Betty R. Williams, 83, of El Dorado passed away on Friday, September 10, 2021.

She was born on March 15, 1938 to the late Fred and Lillian DeLoach Owens. Betty was a member of Parkview Baptist Church.

She was preceded in death by her parents and husband, Harold "Tom" Williams.

Survivors include one daughter, Karen Williams Harrell; one brother, Hubert Owens (Karla); one grandson, Austin Harrell (Amber); seven great-grandchildren; brother-in-law, Bobby Williams (Jean); and several nieces, nephews and cousins.

Visitation will be held from 5:00-7:00 PM on Tuesday, September 14, 2021 at Perry's Funeral Chapels.

Funeral Services will be held at 2:00 PM on Wednesday, September 15, 2021 at Parkview Baptist Church officiated by Bro. Bob Inman. Interment will follow at Hopewell Cemetery.

Serving as Pallbearers are Austin Harrell, Mark Owens, Greg Owens, Kevin Owens, Van Owens, and Tony Williams.
