Billie L. Miller 51, of El Dorado died Wednesday February 12, 2014 at her home. She was born in Forest Mississippi on December 19, 1962 to Charlie Elbert Taylor and Sylvia Wilson Taylor.

Billie was a loving, outgoing person who loved being around people. She was an avid football fan, who enjoyed watching the games, especially the Denver Broncos. She worshiped her family especially her grand babies. She will be dearly missed by her family and friends.

She is preceded in death by her mother.

Survivors include her children; Tosha Morgan and Chris Morgan (Tammy) of El Dorado, her father; Charles Taylor of El Dorado, grandchildren; Trey Porter, James Porter and Jacob Morgan, sisters Wanda Caple (Charles), Anna Sullivan (Doug), and Erica Evans (Joe) all of El Dorado, brothers; Wayne Taylor (Marsha) of El Dorado, Eric Taylor of Smackover, and David Hillard (Pam) of El Dorado, numerous nieces, nephews , cousins , and extended family.

Visitation will be held from 2-5pm on Saturday February 15, 2014 at Perry's Funeral Chapels. Cremations services will be provided following visitation by Perry's Funeral Chapels.
