Billy Joe Miller, Jr., 56, entered into peaceful rest on Wednesday, March 16th, 2011, at UAMS in Little Rock, AR. He was born on January 19th, 1955 in El Dorado, AR.
Billy was a gentle, loving man who was most devoted to his wife, children and family. He believed deeply in hard work. He owned his own lawn care business for 22 years yet worked in the oil field most of his life retiring from Sewell Drilling in 2009.
Billy was reunited in heaven with his beloved grandparents Roy and Rosa Miller, sister Diana Green, brother Mitch Baylor, mother Emma Faye Baylor, adopted mother Lillis Ann Young, and cherished daughter Kimberly Ann Miller.
Billy was the treasured husband of Sharon Miller of Three Creeks; the son of Billy J. Miller, Sr. of Three Creeks; the father of Candy Guinn and her husband Andy, and their children Eric and Laura Bates , Jr., Keaton and Leslie Bates, their children Aspyn and Warner, Kelsea Bates; Kelly Ford, and her children Alex Ford, Gregory Ford; Cherie'Wedgeworth and her husband Hank, their children Haley Tucker, Destiny Wedgeworth, Trinity Wedgeworth; Joey Miller and his wife Amanda, their son Cameron; stepdaughters; Brandy Primm and her children Skylar and Hayden Primm; Ashley Morgan; the brother of Teresa Valentine and her husband Mickey, their children Hope Parker, Aderianna Parker ; Jimmy Baylor and Donna Clements; the grandfather of Bethany Vaughn Miller; the uncle of Todd Anglin, Marcus Calvin, Kristin Calvin.
Funeral services will be 10am Saturday March 19, 2011 at Three Creeks Baptist Church with Revs. James Sparks and Wendell Miller officiating. Burial will follow at Three Creeks Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made at Smackover State Bank on Timberlane in El Dorado, Arkansas to help with medical cost.
