Obituary

Bobbie Lee Brint Hardin was born July 20, 1934 near Converse, Louisiana to Robert & Nettie
Brint. She passed from this life on January 24, 2009 following a brief illness.

Bobbie was raised in Norphlet, Arkansas and was a 1952 graduate of Norphlet High School. On
August 6, 1952 Bobbie married the love of her life, Billy Joe Hardin of El Dorado. To this union
three children were born. The couple had the honor and privilege of celebrating 56 years of
marriage. Bobbie & Bill moved to Crossett, Arkansas in 1964 where they resided for twenty-
seven years before returning to El Dorado in 1991 to retire.

Those grateful to have shared Bobbie's life include her husband Bill Hardin of El Dorado; one
daughter Denise (Jerry) Martin of Cordovea, Tennessee; two sons, Doug Hardin of Memphis,
Tennessee, and David (Germaine) Hardin of North Little Rock, Arkansas; two brothers, Billy
(Bobbie) Brint of Waco, Texas and J.R. Brint of El Dordo, Arkansas; one brother-in-law, Charles
Lewis of Frisco, Texas, one Sister-in-law, Ruby (Truett) Longing, of El Dorado; 7 grandchildren:
Paul, Chad, Amy and Nathan Martin, and Brad, Ashley and Andrew Hardin, as well as 6 great-
grandchildren. Another great-granddaughter is due in May.

Bobbie's parents and one sister, Janice Lewis, preceded Bobbie in death.

Bobbie was an active memeber of Immanual Baptist Church where she sang in the choir and was
involved in many activties, including taking mission trips to Brazil, Guatemala, New Orleans,
and Dubois Wyoming. She was a member of the Gidions Auxiliary for 33 years. She has been a
Mary Kay Beauty Consultant for 37 years. Bobbie and Bill have traveled extensively throughout
the United States, much of that on motorcycle, and have visited several foreighn countries. She
enjoyed reading in her spare time.

Visitation will begin at 5:30pm Tuesday evening at Immanuael Baptist Church with the funeral
service beginning immediately following at 7:00pm under the direction of Perry's Funeral
Chapels of El Dorado. A family burial service will be held Wednesday morning at Burns-
Ebenezer Cemetery. Dr. Jerry Martin, Rev. Don Moore and Re. Faron Rogers will officiate.
