Bobbie Jean Wheelus, 87, of Monroe, LA passed away Sunday, October 23, 2022.

She was born January 27, 1935 in Wisner, LA to the late Howard and Belle Chisholm

Bobbie was a nurse for 40 years. She loved working in the yard when she was able and watching "Gunsmoke". She enjoyed reading romance and Louis Lamour novels.

Bobbie was preceded in death by her parents; seven siblings; and one daughter Judy Fennell.

Those left to cherish her memory include one son Ray Wheelus; one daughter Lynn Nobles; four grandchildren; five great grandchildren; one sister Lynette McLemore, one brother Johnny Wayne Chisholm; as well as numerous extended family and friends.

Graveside services will be held at 2pm Wednesday, October 26, 2022, at South Central Church Cemetery near Wisner, LA, Pastor Dillon Wickliffe officiating. There will be a time of visitation before the service at the cemetery.
