Charles Allan Howard 67, of El Dorado, Arkansas passed away May 28,2026 at his home. He was born March 15,1959 to Leon Howard and Mary Adrys Etheridge Hannigan in El Dorado, Arkansas.

Charles worked many years for Prescolite, then returned to school to obtain his Licensed Practical Nursing degree and worked at Oak Ridge Nursing Home.

He is preceded in death by his parents, and survived by his step-son Christian Dumas and his former wife and friend Gloria Collins of El Dorado.
