Charles "Uncle" Linwood Frisby, 81, of Bay, Arkansas passed away Tuesday, August 17, 2021 at Arkansas Continued Care Hospital in Jonesboro, Arkansas. He was born April 11, 1940 to Bobby Frisby and Lena Frisby.

Charles enjoyed watching westerns and Newsmax TV. His greatest joy was spending time with his family and going on family vacations.

He is preceded in death by his parents; sisters, Lillie Read and Hazel Risher; brothers, Bill Frisby and Bob Frisby; and niece, Kristie Griffin.

Graveside services will be held 12:30 PM, Saturday, August 21, 2021 at Green Grove Cemetery with Bro. Rodney Thompson officiating under the direction of Perry's Funeral Chapels.
