Obituary

Martha 'Cheryl' Watson Musticchi, of North Little Rock, passed from this life Sunday, August 11, 2024. Cheryl was born March 12, 1952 in Camden, AR to the late Dan and Martha Lou Watson. After Cheryl graduated from Mt. Holly High School in 1970, she attended the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences to become an Xray Technician. Her hardworking nature, as well as her gift to serve as a leader, led her to transition from direct patient care to becoming the Radiologic Technology Program Director at SAU-ElDorado and the Director of Radiology for the Ouachita Medical Center. Cheryl's desire to continue expanding her knowledge base and career options took her on a path to many different roles over the years. After she left the medical field, she enjoyed several jobs, some of which included obtaining her realtor's license to be a property manager, opening her own spa as a licensed massage therapist, working as a caregiver, and managing her personal rental properties. Cheryl was a dedicated mother and grandmother. She found incredible joy in spending time with those she loved. In addition to her children and grandchildren, Cheryl adored her friends. Throughout her life, her best friends included her sister and cousins. No matter where she lived, her heart was always in Mt. Holly. Cheryl was preceded in death by her parents and one brother Billy Watson. Those left to cherish her memory include: one daughter Crystal Hogg and her husband, Will, of North Little Rock, AR; one son Trent Musticchi of Homer, LA; four grandchildren Sydney Musticchi, Aiden Musticchi, Ian Hogg, and Chloe Hogg; one sister Susan Ferguson of Searcy, AR; as well as a host of extended family and friends. A memorial service in her honor will be held at 10:30 AM Saturday, August 31, 2024, Silver Hill Community Church in Mount Holly, AR. Pastor Chuck Bennett and Pastor Stevie Davis will be officiating. All are invited to join the family in celebrating Cheryl's life. In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made in her honor to Arkansas Children's Hospital and River City Ministry.
