Cora Vene Williams, 86, passed away Thursday February 18, 2010 at her residence in Norphlet.
She was born May 28, 1923 in Arcadia, Louisiana.and is the daughter of the late Joe Daniels and
Pearl Manning Daniels She was a homemaker and drove a truck for many years before retireing.
She will be dearly missed by all of her family and friends who loved her.

She was preceded in death by her husband James E. Williams, daughters; Margie Marilyn
Williams, Jamie Joyce Hodge, and Pearla Lou Womack, sisters; Georgia Bell Jones, Vera Pearl
Sisson, and Margie Daniels, brothers; Billy Daniels, Joe Bert Daniels, and Leo Daniels,
grandchildren; David Swilley, Kim Alisha McCullough.

Survivors include her sons; Marvin Williams and wife Gayle, Randy Williams and wife Debra,
Robby Williams and wife Dohnna, daughters; Diane Hansen and husband Ronald and Marsha
Welch, a sister Madeline Mann, 17 grandchildren, 22 great grandchildren, and 12 great great
grandchildren.

Funeral services will be held at 10:00am on Saturday February 20, 2010 at Norphlet First Baptist
Church with Revs. Gerald Perry and Doug Wills officiating. Serving as pallbearers will be her
grandsons; Johnny and Clay Williams, Chris, Timmy, and Kevin Hansen, Allen and Casey
Williams, Mike Zeek, Kenny and Dean Womack. Burial will be in Wheeler Cemetery near
Bearden, Arkansas under the direction of Perry's Funeral Chapels. The family will receive
friends from 6PM - 8PM on Friday, February 19, 2010 at the funeral home. The family will be at
521 North Texas St. Norphlet.
