Damon Allen DeTraz, 60, of El Dorado, passed away on November 10, 2018 at his residence. He was born on July 29, 1958 in Madison, Indiana. Although he was a carpenter by trade, Damon loved working on cars. He had a number of hobbies which included fishing, hunting, and riding horses. His greatest joy was spending time with his children.

He is preceded in death by his mother, Mary Lynn Mason and his grandmother, Lucille Canady.

Those Left to cherish his memory are his sons, Chris (Natalie) DeTraz and Kyle (Kristi) DeTraz; daughter, Callie (Cody) Abeyta; and grandchildren, Dalton DeTraz, Dylan DeTraz, Leighton DeTraz, Bailee DeTraz, Hunter Abeyta, Kenley Abeyta, Izabella Abeyta, Christian Abeyta, and Brooklynn Abeyta.

A Private Memorial Service will be held at a later date.
