David Franklin Galbraith, Jr, age 64, passed away Tuesday, September 19, 2023 at his home.  He was born January 19, 1959 to the late David Franklin Galbraith Sr. and Patty Earlene Skinner of El Dorado, AR. He worked at Great Lakes Chemical until he retired in 2010.

He was a member of Cross Life Church, and spent many hours witnessing and helping others. He never met a stranger. Family was everything to him. He loved all his family, especially his grandchildren.

Those left to cherish his memory include: four children, daughter Amber Rogers and her husband Keith of El Dorado, AR, one son David Franklin Galbraith, III and his wife Valeria, daughter Marley Lawson and her husband Wes of Wilmar, AR, and daughter Rachel Galbraith of El Dorado, AR; nine grandchildren Allison Rogers, Connor Rogers, Wyatt Rogers, Alexandria Galbraith, Davina Galbraith, Natalie Lawson, Coy Becket Lawson, Joanie Lawson, John; three sisters Libby Cottrell of El Dorado, AR, Janis Moss and her husband Steve of El Dorado, AR, and Jackie Kassler and her husband Keith of Scott, AR.

Funeral services will be held at 11:00 am Saturday, September 23, 2023, at Perry's Funeral Chapel of El Dorado, AR, interment following at Bethel Primitive Cemetery on O'Rear Rd.  A time of visitation will be held from 5-7:00 pm Friday, September 22, 2023, at the funeral home.
