Obituary
Donald Lee "Buck" Buckwalter, 70, of El Dorado passed away on October 9, 2016 at the Medical Center of South Arkansas.
Donald was born September 17, 1946 to Edna Darden Buckwalter and the late Logan "Buck" Buckwalter. He attended El Dorado High School, SAU and Architectural Draftsman. He joined the Navy where he served in Vietnam. He enjoyed the outdoors, his work and most of all spending time with his children, grandchildren and family gatherings.
Preceding him in death was his father; one sister, Gloria Kennedy .
His survivors include his mother; four children, Tamara Burr (Keith), Andrew Buckwalter (Natalie), Chelcy Taylor (Brent) and Gabrielle Buckwalter; eight grandchildren, Caleb, Makayla, Sarah, Lauren, Collin, Bryce, Graham, and Hudson; one great grandchild, Zaedyn; his siblings Ann Hill, Mike Buckwalter (Brenda), Elwin Buckwalter, Bert Buckwalter (Nancy), Peggy Bonner (Steve), Rhonda Walters (Danny); one aunt Pat Parks and a very special person in his life, Rebecca Buckwalter.
Visitation will be on Wednesday, October 12, 2016 from 5 - 7pm and
a memorial service will be held at 3pm on Thursday both at Perry's Funeral Chapels.
Cremation services entrusted to Perry's Funeral Chapels.
