Edilene Zacher, 100, of El Dorado, went to be with the Lord, January 12, 2020.  She was born February 14, 1919 to the late Milton and Minnie Beason.

Edilene was an avid Christian. She was a member of Pentecostal Jesus People of Louann. Edilene enjoyed fishing, playing cards, reading the Bible and spending time with family.

She is preceded in death by her parents; husband, Otto Zacher of Houston, Texas; sons, David Goode, Willie Goode and Henry Goode, and three grandchildren.

Edilene is survived by her daughter, Laketa Burton; nine grandchildren, James Bishop, Tracy Bishop, Clyde Bishop, Jr., Christi Cranton, Joann Goode, Ricky Goode, John Goode, Edie Goode, Mike Goode, Melissa Goode and Wayne Goode; four generations of grandchildren, and numerous nieces and nephews.

The family would like to express a special thanks to Dr. Richard Davis and Life Touch Hospice. In lieu of flowers, the family asked to make donations to Life Touch Hospice, 2301 Champagnolle Road, El Dorado, Arkansas, 71730.
