Obituary
Elsie M. Points, 67, of El Dorado passed away Tuesday, December 27, 2016 at her home.
Elsie was born May 28, 1949 to the late CJ Lawrence and Ruth Davis McDaniel. She spent over 30 years working at Immanuel Baptist Church Childrens Department. All the children called her the "Candy Lady" because she always had candy for them. She was a beloved wife, mother and grandmother.
Preceding her in death are her parents and one infant sister.
Her survivors include her husband, Buddy Points; two sons, William Alan Nolan (Kristi) of Russellville, AR and Michael Shane Nolan (Kristen) of Franklin, TN; five grandchildren, Corey, Alyssa, Ashlie, Madison and Ryan; one sister, Patsy Eldridge; three brothers, Jo Jo Lawrence , Barber McDaniel and Junior McDaniel all of Mississippi; multiple nieces and nephews.
There will be a memorial service held at 10am Friday, December 30, 2016 at Perry's Funeral Chapels with Bro. JD Weido officiating.
In lieu of flowers, per Elsie's request, donations can be made to Immanuel Baptist Church Childrens Department.
