Frank M. "Pancho" Eddleman Jr. 77 of Hot Springs, Arkansas and formerly of Corpus Christi, Texas entered the Kingdom of Heaven on Wednesday February 3, 2016 surrounded by his family.
Frank was born on September 17, 1938 in Houston, Texas to Frank Marion Eddleman Sr and Daisy Louise Eads. He was a United States Army veteran serving in Korea. In his early life he played on the 1956 W.B. Ray High School Fighting Texans state Finals football team. He also played for the University of Houston Cougars. He was a graduate of Commonwealth College of Mortuary Science in Houston. He was an aviator enthusiast and an active Ham radio operator.
Frank welcomed a good challenge and he exercised that when he founded Jenny's Fried Chicken in Corpus Christi and later " Capones", a restaurant he operated in Hot Springs, AR. He also founded Hot Springs Funeral Home. One of his proudest moments was when he was inducted into his high School Hall of Fame.
He is survived by his loving wife, Linda Wilson Eddleman, a son Perry Eddleman (Michelle), daughters, Cara Lakey (Brent) , Dori Coleman (Bryan) and Marilyn Eddleman, five grandchildren , three great grandchildren , a sister Marilyn Hornik, several cousins and extended family and his dog, ,"Lefty"
A celebration of life will be Held from 2-4pm on February 24, 2016 at Seaside Cemetery Chapel in Corpus Christi, Texas
