Obituary
G.C.Mann 90, of Huttig,AR died Monday June 16, 2008 at Life Touch Hospice House. He was
born on Dec. 11, 1917, In Carthage, MS to George Sumner and Verdie Clifton Mann. He had
been a self employed logger.
Preceded in death by his parents, a son Jerry Doyle Mann, a daughter Linda Sue Mann, a
grandson Todd Richey, and a brother Ralph Mann.
Survived by his wife Dorothy Peters Mann of Huttig, two sons Larry Mann of Crossett, Charles
Mann of Huttig, Three daughters Ouida Richey of El Dorado, Patrica Guyer of Pensacola, Fla
and Esther Faye Travis of Foley, Ala.., a brither Robert Mann of Pocahontas and a sister
Virginia German of Camden.13 grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren.
Graveside services will be Thursday June 19, 2008 at 10:00 AM at Pinewood Memorial Park in
North Crossett with the Rev. Jimmy Bates officiating. Services are under the direction of Perry's
Funeral Chapels in Strong.
Visitation will be from 6-8PM Wednesday at Perry's Funeral Chapels in Strong.
