Harry Dale Worth, 59, of El Dorado passed away Saturday, December 31, 2016 at his residence.
Dale was born on October 17, 1957 in Kirksville, MO to Harry Delbert Worth and Marie Worth. He was a former employee of the City of El Dorado for 31 years and a active member of the S.C.V. (Sons of Confederate Veteran) at camp Alf Fuller. A member of Mt. Moriah Baptist Church. Dale loved being outdoors, hunting, fishing, camping but had a passion for working on old cars. He was a mechanic for more than 30 plus years.
He is preceded in death by his father, Harry Delbert Worth.
Survivors include his wife of 32 years Paula Marie Glaspie Worth of El Dorado; his mother, Marie Worth of Kirksville, MO; two brothers, Doug Worth of Kirksville, MO and Danny Winget of El Dorado; Three daughters, Kelly Worth and Kerrie Worth of North Carolina and Heather Gilmore (Randy) of El Dorado; four sons, Terrance Worth , Eric Worth, Josh Worth and Paul Glaspie all of El Dorado; eighteen grand-children and one great grand-daughter.
Visitation will be held at Perry's Funeral Chapels from 6 - 8pm, Thursday January 5, 2017.
Funeral Service will be at 2pm Friday, January 6, 2017 also at Perry's Funeral Chapels with Bro. Melvin Brown officiating.
Interment will follow at Rose of Sharon Cemetery under direction of Perry's Funeral Chapels.
