Obituary
Harvey Byron Owens, 83, of El Dorado passed away Saturday, April 15, 2017 at Baptist Medical Center in Little Rock.
Visitation will be from 5:30 - 8pm on Tueday, April 18 at Gethsemane Missionary Baptist Church. Services will be held at 2:30pm Wednesday, April 19 also at Gethsemane Missionary Baptist Church with burial at Hopewell Cemetery under direction of Perry's Funeral Chapels
