Havis Jerry Lee, 74 was born April 1, 1944. He was a life long resident in El Dorado Ar.

He was preceded in death by his parents Jack and Elsie Lee, his son Travis Lee, his sister Betty Carrington and two brothers Aubrey and Malvin Lee.

He was survived by his son Dewayne Lee and his wife Betty Lee from Louisville Ms., His daughter Regina Faulkner and her husband Jim Faulkner from Waldo Ar., and his son Tim Lee and his wife Linda Lee from Huttig Ar., five grandchildren, three great grandchildren, one brother Ricky Lee from El Dorado Ar., two sisters Ann Springfield from El Dorado Ar. Cathy Koonce from Lake Charles La., and a number of nephew and nieces.

Visitation is Monday at Perrys Funeral Chapels from 1pm to 3pm
