Obituary
Hazel Hollis, 92 of Strong, Arkansas passed away on Friday, October 27 at Timberlane Nursing Home in El Dorado, Arkansas.
A graveside service will be held Tuesday, October 31st at 2pm at Strong Cemetery. Brother Bubba Hoggatt of the First Baptist Church of Marion will be officiating. Funeral services are being held by Perry's Funeral Chapels.
Hazel was born on February 24, 1925. She was a homemaker who enjoyed spending hours gardening in her yard. She loved having her own vegetable garden and canning vegetables for her family.
Hazel leaves to cherish her memory her children Brenda Orren (Buddy), Carey Herring (Wanda), Bonnie McCullough and Pauline Graves. Hazel also leaves behind her grandchildren, Paul, Bridgette, Cheryl, John, Charlie, Christine and many great-grandchildren.
Hazel is preceded in death by her two husbands, Leonard Herring and James Hollis, both of whom were loving husbands and fathers; as well as her grandson Bruce Jackson.
