Herbert Glenn Chitwood, 66, of El Dorado passed away on March 10, 2021 at his residence. He was born on January 17, 1955 in El Dorado to Richard Lafayette Chitwood and Rosa Benna Chitwood. Herbert loved his friends and life along the Ouachita River. He was creative with building unique, functional and artistic items that he generously shared with friends and family.

Preceding him in death are his father; brother Jackson Mitchell Chitwood; and uncle, Matt Chitwood.

Survivors include his mother; sister, Kelly Chitwood, niece, Emma Burson; uncle, Herbert Benna; and cousin, George Chitwood.
