On Monday August 15, 2022 the Lord called home Homer J. Frisby of Mt. Holly, Arkansas, at the age of 83.  Born to Roy and Ruby Frisby on November 19, 1938 in Moro Bay, Arkansas.

He is preceded in death by his parents, daughter Samantha B. Frisby Temple, brother Leonard Frisby, sister Mary Louise Alford, and daughter-in-law Sheri Frisby.

Those left to cherish his memory include: his wife of 58 years Peggy A. Gandy Frisby; two sons USAF(Ret.) Tech Sgt. Homer "Jay" Frisby, Jr. and his significant other Suzanna Hackley of Faulk, Arkansas, Roy L. Frisby, II and his wife Joyce Frisby of Mt. Holly, Arkansas; one brother Willard Frisby and his wife Broniece of Louann, Arkansas; one sister Barbara Ann Pineda of Irwinville, Louisiana; seven grandchildren, seven great-grandchildren; as well as a host of extended family and friends.

He proudly served the United States Navy. After the Navy, he worked in the Gulf of Mexico, then later became a mechanic and electrician. He was a family man, an avid outdoorsman, and a dedicated member and volunteer of both the American Legion and the V.F.W.

Memorial service will be held Saturday, August 27, 2022 at 1:00pm at Midway Baptist Church in El Dorado, Arkansas. Undertaking provided by Perry's Funeral Chapel of El Dorado, Arkansas.
