Jada Marlette Darden, 92, of Union County passed away July 3, 2017 at the Ashley County Medical Center.
Marlette was born May 7, 1925 to the late Walter Fred and Ethel Izora Smith Nipper. She was a member of the Lapile Baptist Church
Preceding her in death are her parents; her husband, Harper Daniel Darden and one son, Lonnie Lee Darden.
Those left to cherish her memory are her children, Clyde Darden (Gail), Linda Hale (Larry), Allene Spells; seven grandchildren and sixteen great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be from 10am – 12pm on Thursday July 6, 2017 at Perry's Funeral Chapels.
A 2pm graveside service will be at Arlington Cemetery with Bro. Larry Hudson officiating under direction of Perry's Funeral Chapels.
