James " Jim" Lindsey Short, II., 44, of Little Rock but formerly of El Dorado passed away at his home on September 27, 2017.
Jim was born on January 10, 1973 to the late James Donald Short and Barbara Jo Andrews Short.
He work for the State of Arkansas as a Career Education Examiner.
Preceding him in death are his parents and brother in law, Danny Starnes.
Survivors include his sister, Donna Short Starnes and nephew Tom.
A memorial service will be held at a later date.
