Joette B Poole of Strong, AR passed from this life February 21, 2023. She was born November 27, 1938 in El Dorado, AR to the late J.E. "Jim" and Lucille T. Burleson.

She was preceded in death by her parents, her loving husband Huey Poole, and sister Jimmie L Cox

Those left to cherish her memory include three children Debra K Martin and her husband Ronnie of Picayune, MS, Kathy Welch and her husband Steve of Strong, AR, James R Poole of Strong, AR; one sister Pam Boutros and her husband Gamel of Johnson City, TN; grandchildren Shawn Martin and his wife Tequila of Butler, AL, Krystal Martin and her husband Kazz of Picayune, MS, Bill Welch and his wife Shana of Strong, AR, Alex Rawls and her husband Clint of Strong, AR, and Sidney Poole of El Dorado, AR; seven great-grandchildren, as well as a host of extended family and friends.

A graveside service will be held at 2:00pm Thursday, February 23, 2023 at Poole Cemetery in Strong, AR. A time of visitation will be held from 5-7:00pm Wednesday, February 22, 2023 at Perry's Funeral Chapel in El Dorado, AR.
