Joyce Robin Frisby of Mt. Holly, Arkansas passed away March 13, 2025. She was born March 18, 1970 to James and Vivian Cogswell in Winters, California. She worked as a nurse caring for friends and family for 36 years. Joyce loved her family; enjoyed going on cruises, going to casinos, taking long walks on the beach, but most importantly, she enjoyed gathering with her family and her dog Sophia.

She is preceded in death by; her stepdad Ron Murray, her grandparents, uncles, aunts and cousins. Those left behind to cherish her memory include; her husband of thirty-five years Roy L. Frisby of Mount Holly, Arkansas; 2 daughters Katlyn R. Davis and husband Trevor W. Davis of El Dorado, Arkansas and Elizabeth D. Frisby of Honolulu, Hawaii, her grandchildren; Payton S. Frisby-Powers and Lucas W. Davis. She is also survived by her parents James Walters, Vivian Bennett and Stepfather Tommy Bennett, two sisters Nina Otto, Tammy Alexander, stepsister Joelyn Bennett along with extended family.
