Julia Ann Franklin, age 74, passed from this life Friday, August 25, 2023, at Hudson Memorial Nursing Home surrounded by family.  Julia was born February 3, 1949 to the late Albert and Lexi Barbaree in Pine Bluff, AR.

She was preceded in death by her parents; two sisters Kathrine Smith and Altha Wingard; two brothers J. F. Vanbrunt and Albert Barbaree.

Those left to cherish her memory include: three sons Tony Kelley and his wife Tammy, Michael Kelley and his wife Pam, Jacky Kelley; one daughter Deborah Kelley; seven grandchildren Tristen, Lexi, Lane, Meagan, Ruston, Skylar, and Haylie; numerous great-grandchildren; as well as a host of extended family and friends.

A graveside service will be held at 2:00 p.m. Tuesday, August 29, 2023, at Memorial Park Cemetery in Pine Bluff, AR.
