LaDonna "Kay"  Ashbrook 70 of Sherwood, AR went peacefully to be with the Lord on Tuesday, October 22, 2024 at Lakewood Health and Rehab. She was born November 2, 1953 in Eldorado, Arkansas to the late Robert Lee "Buster" and Dorthy Arnold.

Kay was a loyal employee of FIS for 39 years and 10 months. She was a wonderful woman who had a smile that would light up a room. Kay loved everyone and always said "I'm fine".

Kay is preceded in death by her parents; her loving husband Jerry Dale Ashbrook; and one brother Wayne Arnold.

She leaves to rejoice her memory two sons Rodney (Jlenda) Ashbrook of Benton and Daniel (Jennifer) Ashbrook of Parkers chapel; two grandchildren Rodney "Drew" Ashbrook and Amber Ashbrook; two siblings Aninta "DD" Arnold and Robert "Leroy" (Laura Beth) Arnold of Little Rock, AR; as well as a host of extended family and friends.

In lieu of flowers the family request donations be made to the Kay Ashbrook Memorial Fund at 1st Financial Bank. She will be greatly missed by her children, grandchildren, siblings and all that knew her.

A graveside service in her honor will be held at 10:00 AM Friday, October 25, 2024 at Arlington Memorial Park, Pastor Larry Hudson officiating. A time of visitation will be held from 9-10:00 AM Friday, October 25, 2024, at Perry's Funeral Chapel in El Dorado, AR.
