Linda Lou Rowland, age 82, of Junction City, AR passed from this life Saturday, November 11, 2023 at her home surrounded by family.  Linda was born March 14, 1941 in El Dorado, AR to the late Earl and Mervil Burson.

She was a member of First Baptist Church in Junction City, AR.

She was preceded in death by her parents, and one sister Betty Darden.

Those left to cherish her memory Include: her loving husband of 63 years Paul Rowland; two daughters Dr. Paula Griswold and her husband Ed of Ruston, LA, Tina Burroughs and her husband Jay of Junction City, AR; two grandchildren Calley Eckhoff and her husband Chris of Junction City, AR, Abbey Cupp and her husband Cameron of Ruston, LA; two great-grandchildren Reece Eckhoff and Parker Jane Cupp; one brother Earl Burson and his wife Cathy of Tulsa, OK; as well as a host of extended family and friends.

A graveside service will be held at 10:00am Wednesday, November 15, 2023, at Scotland Cemetery in Junction City, AR, Bro. Bruce Cardin and Pastor Jim Bynum officiating.  A time of visitation will be held from 5-7:00pm Tuesday evening, November 14, 2023, at First Baptist Church in Junction City, AR. The family would like to acknowledge with special gratitude the excellent care given by Life Touch Hospice, and personal caregivers Angie Johnson and Kathy Johnson.
