Louise Virginia Brown, age 83, passed from this life Monday, September 25, 2023. She was born September 19, 1940 in Dobson, Indiana to the late Earnest and Hilda France.

She was preceded in death by her parents, one brother Paul France, and her loving husband Thomas T. Brown.

She is survived by her two step-daughters Connie Lowery and Terri McKinzie and her husband Keith; and special friend Melanie Moses.
