Marvin H. West died peacefully on September 18, 2018 in El Dorado, AR after a lengthy illness.

Born on May 6, 1933 in Zwolle, LA, he is predeceased by his parents Tom and Ida West of Zwolle, brothers Vernon and Ted West of Zwolle, son Kenneth West of Strong, AR, and granddaughter Jackie Sanders of Strong, AR.

Left to cherish his memory are his children Lisa Sanders and Stanley West of El Dorado, AR. Brother Tommy Ray (Alice) West of Center, TX, sister Margie Homer of Kent, OH, aunts Judy Meshell Kemp of Camden, AR, Nelda Meshell of Strong, AR and JoElla Meshell of Strong, AR. Grand children, Natashia (Sanders) Ellis of Magnolia, AR, Breanna Sanders, Rain Sanders and Storm Sanders of Yukon, OK. Summer West of Greenwell Springs, LA. Great grandchildren, Kane Patterson and Joci Ellis of Magnolia, AR. Ethan, Kennedy and Ada Harvey of Greenwell Springs, LA. Also many nieces, nephews and cousins.

Cremation has taken place and a private service and interment will be done at a later date. Cremation Services provided by Perry's Funeral Chapels.

Marvin served in the US Army from 1953 – 1955 during the Korean Conflict and we thank him for his service to our country.
