Obituary
Melva "Mary" Juanita Sumner, age 87, passed from this life Wednesday, February 26, 2025. Mary was born August 25, 1937 in Pensacola, FL to the late James Francis and Elsa Juanita Marron.
She was preceded in death by her parents; one brother Jimmy Marron.
Those left to cherish her memory include: one son Steve Downey and his wife June of Emerson, AR; one daughter Teresa Williams of El Dorado, AR; six grandchildren; twelve great-grandchildren; four great-great-grandchildren; as well as a host of extended family and friends.
A graveside service in her honor will be held at 2:00 PM Friday, February 28, 2025, at Stewart-Walker Cemetery in Walkerville, AR.
