Melba was a " Sassy" and "Classy" lady. She was great at keeping people entertained whether it was hosting in her home or just socializing about town. She loved life and family as well as the staff and residents of the Oak Ridge Nursing Home where she lived for the last five years. There she loved playing Bingo and won Ms. Midnight Stroll in one of Oak Ridge Beauty Pageants. You did not arrive or leave her home without being offered a coke, including at Oak Ridge. Her favorite holiday; Christmas, and of course let us not forget her favorite drink was a glass bottled Coca-Cola. She will be greatly missed but she will always be remembered.
