Michael "Cotton" Edward Simmons, 45, of Felsenthal, tragically passed away on January 30, 2022. He was born on March 7, 1976 to his biological mot er, Kathy Stauss. He was then adopted by his parents, Jesse and Jeanette Simmons.

He was employed by Hays Paint & Body in Strong, Arkansas. "Cotton" enjoyed riding his motorcycle, fishing, deer hunting, spending time with his daughter, and just being in Felsenthal in general. He also enjoyed spending his time with his best friend of many years, Charles Wayne Hays Jr. (Jessica,) of Strong.

Preceding him in death are his parents.

"Cotton" is survived by his daughter, Hannah Simmons of Bismark, Arkansas, other children Katelyn Harris (Keith) and Bradley Duncan; and grandchildren Hayden, Ellena, Grayson and Levi; uncles Ronald Dean Watt of Strong, Curtis Watt (Ruthie) of Hamburg, Arkansas, Edward Watt of Crossett and Bobby Watt (Billie) of Crossett; aunt Veralyn Oden (Jr) of Hamburg. He also left behind numerous family members, friends, loved ones and his " granddog" Georgia.

A Memorial Service will be held at 2:00 PM on Saturday, February 12, 2022 at Union Chapel Missionary Baptist Church in Strong, Arkansas. Cremation Services entrusted to Perry's Funeral Chapels.
