Obituary
Neita Elaine Plair, 94, of Strong, AR. Passed away on September 14, 2015 at Timberlane Health and Rehabilitation in El Dorado, AR.
She was born on January 29, 1921 to John Fred Risinger and Mattie Neita Hollis Risinger of Lillie, LA. She loved working in her flower beds and visiting with family and friends.
Preceded in death are her parents, her husband James Plair, one brother Donald Risinger and one sister Olivine Welch.
Survivors include her son; Rick Plair of Strong, one daughter; Kaye Donchecz (David) of Nasa, TX, two granddaughters; Melissa Brattlof (John) of Georgetown, TX, and Shelly Keaster of Santa Fe, TX., three great grandchildren, Luke Brattlof, Ellie Brattlof and Matt Brattlof of Georgetown, TX., three brothers; Bobby Risinger (Linda), Frankie Risinger (Virginia), Fred Risinger; three sisters; Melba Tanner (Don), Linda McGoogan (Paul) and Maxine Pagan, and her very special friend Edna Martino.
Visitation will be today, Tuesday September 15 from 5 - 7pm in the chapel at Perry's Funeral Chapels. Funeral services will be held Wednesday September 16, 10am at Urbana Church of Christ with Bro. Tommy Bennett and Bro. Scott Johnson officiating. Grave side service following at Urbana Cemetery.
