Obituary
O. B. "Buster" Zeek, 75, of Smackover, Arkansas died Monday, May 24, 2010, at the John R. Williamson Hospice House. He was born on December 10, 1934 in Smackover to the son of Harry Hugo Zeek and Opal Pearl Strader Zeek. He served in the United States Army during the Korean War. He was constable for the city of Smackover for four years.
He is preceded by his parents, two sisters; Earnestene Grahniert and Dorothy Sidler.
He is survived by a son; Mike Zeek, a daughter; Lisa Mendenhall, a brother; Jack Zeek all of Smackover, two sisters; Lucille Johnson of Ellensburg, Washington, and Betty Ann Zeek of Magnolia, and seven grandchildren and nine great grandchildren, and George Stovall of Smackover, closet thing to a son without being blood related.
Funeral services will be 2:00PM Wednesday, May 26, 2010, at Perry's Funeral Chapels will Rev. J. D. Weido officiating. Burial will follow in Rest Haven Memorial Garden under the direction of Perry's Funeral Chapels.
The family will be at 205 West 6th street in Smackover.
