Patricia Brown Griffin, 82, of Wesson Arkansas passed from this life Friday February 27. 2026. Born November 3, 1943 in El Dorado, Arkansas to Laddelle and Lillie Belle Lyons Brown.

Patricia married the love of her life in 1962 and they lived in New Orleans ,Louisiana for three years until the birth of their daughter Laurie. Then they moved to Wesson where she became the Library Assistant for Junction City School District. She loved Jesus. Her mission for Jesus was to make sure everyone she met heard about Jesus. She gave everyone a little red salvation bible, earning her the name “Little Red Bible Lady”. She also tried to reach the children of the world through countless donations to Operation Christmas Child.

Preceding her in death are her parents, and three brothers Charles Brown, Thomas Brown and Danny Brown, a grandson Joshua Sadler, and her best friend Diane Bolen.

Surviving her are her loving husband of sixty -two years P.V. Griffin, daughter Laurie Griffin Sadler (Jerry), granddaughter Rachel Kate Sadler, and brother Melvin Brown.

Family will be available at Perry’s Tuesday morning from 9:30 am until 10:00 am to receive friends. A graveside service will be held in her honor 1:00 pm Tuesday March 3, 2026 at Wesson Cemetery under the direction of Perry’s Funeral Chapel of El Dorado. An online registry can be signed at
