Patricia Ann Smith, 76 passed away on June 11, 2022 at Courtyard Nursing and Rehabilitation.  She was born on July 2 ^nd 1945 in New Hope, Arkansas to the late Gilbert Alford and Kathleen Atkinson Alford.

Patricia had a "green thumb" and enjoyed being outdoors working with flowers in her garden.  She also enjoyed working puzzles of all kinds and did so in her spare time.  She loved her red truck even though it needed to be repaired a lot, she proudly drove it around town shopping at all the local merchants. Most of she will be deeply missed by her family she loved so dearly.

She is preceded by her parents, husband; Cleve Smith Jr. and her son ; Brandon Smith her beloved dog "Joy".

Patricia is survived by her son ; Steve Smith (Marion), daughters; Melinda Miller (Donald) and Julie Hill. Also surviving her are her brothers; Jimmy Alford and Mike Alford and sisters; Janet Ritchey and Susan Verrett, 18 grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

Visitation will be held from 5:00-7:00 PM Wednesday June 15, 2022 at Perrys Funeral Chapels.

Funeral services will be 10:00 AM Thursday at Perrys Funeral Chapels with burial at Salem Cemetery.
