Patsy Sue Snell passed from this life on Thursday, April 27, 2023. She was born December 22, 1945 in Huttig, AR to the late John and Clara Nelson.

She was preceded in death by her parents; her beloved husband of 33 years James Snell; one son Travis Andrew Norris, Jr; one brother Roy Lee Nelson; and two sisters Theola Taylor, Diane Herndon, and one grandson Jesse Maroney.

Those left to cherish her memory include: one son Tommy Norris and his wife Shari; two daughters Heather Allen and her husband Josh, Karen Kingrey and her husband Gene; eight grandchildren Patrick Maroney, Josh Norris and his wife Amanda, Nathon Kingrey, Jr, Dakota Powell, Jordon Norris and his wife Jazmon, Tate Allen, and McKenzie Norris, Lukis Borck; seven great-grandchildren Braden, Luke, Jessica, Harmony, Harper, Able, and Harvey; as well as a host of extended family and friends.

Funeral service will be held at 2:00pm Sunday, April 30, 2023 at Perry's Funeral Chapel in El Dorado, AR, Pastor Duane Amis officiating. A time of visitation will be held from 1:00pm until time of service at the funeral home.
