Pattie Sue Brown went to be with her Lord and Savior on Monday, February 7, 2011. It was a peaceful home-going following a long illness, with her devoted husband by her side. She was born March 26, 1930 in El Dorado, Arkansas, to Robert J and Jinn H Garrett.
Pattie was a life long member of First Assembly of God Church where for many years she enjoyed playing her trombone and singing in the choir. She was a talented artist, skilled bowler, and highly competitive softball player. Most of all, Granny enjoyed every minute she spent watching her grandchildren participate in cheerleading, soccer, football, baseball, and band. She traveled coast to coast, following them. Granny's house was always opened for anyone to swim, to eat, to play, or to have a great time. She will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved her dearly.
